Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions including month-end close, financial reporting, and audits
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage budgeting processes and forecasting initiatives across departments
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate finance with 3+ years in controller role
- CPA certification required (active license)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
