Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage internal controls and ensure SOX compliance across all corporate entities
- Direct treasury operations including cash management, banking relationships, and debt facilities
- Collaborate with executive team on financial strategy and M&A activities
- Mentor finance team and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required, MBA preferred
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ in corporate controller role
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and corporate financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong leadership experience managing high-performing finance teams
- Experience in public accounting or multinational corporate environment
