Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and audits
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor and direct the accounting team while fostering a culture of excellence
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multinational reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and team development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience in manufacturing or tech industries preferred
