Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in controller role
- Expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls framework
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (revenue recognition, consolidations)
- Proven leadership managing teams of 5+ professionals
- Experience in fast-paced growth environments or tech industry
