Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business expansion
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Manage treasury functions, risk management, and investor relations
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems and automation
- Mentor finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA required
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in multi-entity accounting and complex consolidations
- Proven track record in scaling operations for $50M+ companies
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and BI tools
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent communication skills
