Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and internal controls
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support corporate growth objectives
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate favorable financial terms
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Lead cross-functional financial initiatives for M&A activities
- Mentor finance team members and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA and MBA strongly preferred
- 10+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ in corporate leadership
- Deep expertise in energy sector financial operations and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics
- Proven track record in corporate restructuring and process optimization
- Exceptional communication skills with executive/board experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-growth environments
