Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage GL operations, audits, and SOX compliance
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Optimize financial systems and internal controls
- Direct accounts payable/receivable and payroll teams
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial decisions
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 7+ years corporate accounting
- 3+ years in Controller role with public company experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred)
