Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Manage financial reporting and compliance for SEC filings
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead a team of 5+ finance professionals
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience
- 3+ years in corporate controller role
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience in high-growth tech or gaming industries
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
