Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure SOX compliance and implement internal controls
- Manage audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Lead financial analysis for strategic decision-making
- Mentor accounting team and develop departmental KPIs
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years accounting experience
- 5+ years in corporate controller or similar leadership role
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting regulations
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong background in tech or financial services industry
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
