Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage GL operations, AP/AR, and payroll functions
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee audits and tax compliance initiatives
- Mentor finance team members and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CMA/CPA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years in corporate controller or senior management role
- Expertise in manufacturing industry accounting practices
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
