Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing processes
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls for multiple corporate entities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury functions
- Coordinate external audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop and implement financial process improvements
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- Minimum 8 years progressive accounting experience with 3+ years in controller role
- Expertise in multi-entity corporate accounting and complex consolidations
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and advanced Excel modeling
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional financial teams
- Strong GAAP, SOX, and regulatory compliance knowledge
- Big Four or corporate finance background preferred
