Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting operations including month-end closing, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Manage financial forecasting and strategic planning initiatives
- Oversee tax planning, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor finance team members and optimize departmental workflows
- Collaborate with executive team on corporate financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in corporate leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial systems (ERP)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling tools
- Proven experience in multi-state operations and tax compliance
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience in gaming/hospitality industry highly desirable
