Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements and operational reports to executive leadership.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term financial forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA is preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
