Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across all business units
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing procedures and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk mitigation frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Manage financial reporting dashboards and executive presentations
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate finance with 3+ in management
- Expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to translate data into business decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts clearly
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit processes
