- Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to executive leadership

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on mergers, acquisitions, and capital allocation
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive corporate finance experience
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Experience in publicly traded companies and SEC reporting
- CPA certification required
