Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial models for strategic initiatives
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes across 15+ business units
- Analyze variance reports and recommend corrective actions to senior leadership
- Manage M&A due diligence integration and post-merger financial optimization
- Spearhead SOX compliance audits and internal control improvements
- Mentor 5-person finance team through performance development plans
- Present quarterly financial performance to Board of Directors
Qualifications
- CPA or CMA certification required with 8+ years corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and financial modeling tools
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in regulated industries
- Expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, and international financial standards
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated executive communication skills
- MBA or Master's in Finance from AACSB-accredited institution
- Experience managing $50M+ P&L statements and capital expenditure planning
