Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow optimization, and risk assessment
- Oversee financial reporting compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven leadership managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and corporate governance
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- CPA or CMA certification required
