Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for 15+ business units
- Lead month-end closing processes and deliver executive-level financial analytics
- Drive M&A due diligence and integration initiatives
- Develop cash flow optimization strategies across global operations
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor finance team members and implement process improvements
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive finance experience with Fortune 500 exposure
- CPA or MBA with finance specialization required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong SEC reporting and M&A transaction experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
