Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership
- Develop and manage annual budgets with 10%+ year-over-year growth targets
- Optimize working capital and treasury operations across 3 business units
- Implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining service quality
- Oversee audits and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
- Mentor 3 junior analysts and drive process improvements
- Present financial insights to C-suite and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CMA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years corporate finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in FP&A, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Proficient in SAP, Oracle, and advanced Excel/Power BI
- Proven track record in M&A integration and due diligence
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution sector
