Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for corporate clients
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage financial risk assessment and mitigation initiatives
- Oversee M&A transactions and capital raising activities
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and boards
- Mentor junior finance professionals and build high-performance teams
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive corporate finance experience
- CPA or CFA certification required
- Proven experience managing $50M+ portfolios
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
