Responsibilities
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning initiatives
- Manage cash flow optimization and working capital requirements
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Collaborate with department heads on cost reduction and revenue enhancement strategies
- Prepare executive financial reports and board presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate finance experience with weekly pay structures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- CPA or CMA certification required
- Proven experience with financial forecasting and variance analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
