Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close processes and deliver accurate reporting to executive leadership
- Develop and manage annual budgets with variance analysis and strategic forecasting
- Optimize capital allocation and drive process improvements in treasury operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A integration and investment analysis
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and implement internal controls
- Mentor finance team members and enhance departmental performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- CPA or CFA certification required
