Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience
- CPA or CFA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership experience in corporate environments
- Texas-based professional network preferred
- Experience with weekly payroll processing a plus
