Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support corporate objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage month-end/quarter-end closing activities and reporting
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial decisions
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and treasury operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Mentor finance team members and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
- 7+ years progressive finance experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
