Responsibilities
- Manage corporate financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Analyze financial data using Excel and accounting software
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Support mergers & acquisitions due diligence processes
- Develop financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate finance or accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- CMA, CPA, or MBA preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in contract role
