Responsibilities
- Manage weekend financial reporting cycles for multi-billion dollar portfolios
- Execute month-end closing procedures with zero tolerance for errors
- Coordinate cross-departmental audits and compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements for weekend financial workflows
- Lead weekend shift team meetings and performance reviews
- Utilize SAP and Oracle systems for real-time financial analysis
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years corporate finance experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel
- SOX compliance and internal audit certification
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions
