Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic business decisions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, data-driven presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification (CPA, CMA) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
