Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership

- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with GAAP compliance and financial audits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
