Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create comprehensive reports and forecasts for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Prepare board-level presentations with clear financial insights and recommendations
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement financial controls and reporting systems
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate financial analysis experience in a mid-to-large organization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- CPA or CFA certification highly desirable
