- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with actionable insights
- Lead financial due diligence for new investment opportunities and acquisitions
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with weekly payroll processing and financial reporting cycles
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or actively pursuing certification
