Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Create financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and investment analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Present complex financial insights through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence and cost optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau a plus)
