Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Present financial insights to executive leadership with clear recommendations
- Support M&A activities due diligence and valuation analysis
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
