Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for budget forecasting
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI presentations
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
- Lead cross-functional financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
- Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau
