Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare monthly performance reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Present financial insights to stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Streamline financial reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Support annual audit preparation and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience in a professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Active CPA or CFA certification a significant plus
- Eligibility for government security clearance (required for client projects)
