Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and create actionable reports for C-suite executives
- Develop and maintain annual operating budgets for corporate divisions
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Collaborate with department heads on financial forecasting models
- Lead quarterly financial reviews with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Streamline financial reporting processes using ERP systems
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience required
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting
- CMA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Experience with weekly payroll processing systems
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
