Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex financial insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
