Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly financial analysis, variance reporting, and budget forecasting for corporate departments.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and presentations for executive leadership review.
- Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction strategies.
- Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
