Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create accurate quarterly forecasts and budget models
- Prepare executive dashboards highlighting KPIs and variance reports
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization strategies
- Lead month-end closing processes and SOX compliance documentation
- Develop ad-hoc financial models for M&A opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts using our proprietary financial software suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years corporate finance experience in manufacturing/automotive
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros proficiency
- SAP and Oracle Financials certification
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in fast-paced environment
