Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Analyze monthly performance metrics and variance reports for executive leadership
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems using advanced Excel and Power BI
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to optimize operational efficiency
- Prepare SEC filings and regulatory compliance documentation
- Mentor junior analysts through quarterly training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate finance experience in financial services or Fortune 500
- Expert proficiency in Excel modeling, Power BI, and SAP Financials
- Strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge with audit experience
- CPA or CFA certification required
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets
