Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive-level summaries
- Analyze key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring GAAP compliance
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Proven track record of driving process improvements in finance operations
