Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly/quarterly financial close processes and reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Manage internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Spearhead process optimization initiatives for finance operations
- Mentor 3-person finance team and develop talent pipeline
- Drive M&A integration financial due diligence
Qualifications
- CPA certification required (active license)
- 7+ years progressive corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Proven experience managing SOX compliance programs
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with SEC reporting requirements
