Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes for 50+ corporate entities
- Design and implement financial controls ensuring SOX compliance
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Manage cross-departmental budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable operations for corporate clients
- Drive process optimization in financial reporting workflows
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 7+ years corporate finance experience
- Expertise in multi-entity accounting systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
- Proven track record in SOX compliance implementation
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
- Strong leadership experience managing finance teams
- Understanding of Nevada corporate tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
