Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end closing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
- Lead process improvements in financial systems and reporting tools
- Mentor finance team members and drive departmental KPI achievement
- Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Proven experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience in corporate environments with $100M+ revenue
