Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial reporting systems
- Partner with C-suite on strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Manage cross-departmental financial initiatives and process improvements
- Direct accounts payable/receivable operations and treasury functions
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Mentor finance team members through performance development programs
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience in corporate accounting with multi-entity structures
- Expertise in financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional leadership experience managing 10+ person teams
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA preferred
