Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Manage financial reporting packages for executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger operations
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Streamline financial processes using ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Mentor finance team members and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in financial reporting, GAAP, and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
