Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow management and banking relationships
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Spearhead process improvements for weekly payroll integration and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in corporate controller role
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Proven track record in managing weekly payroll processes
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and ERP systems
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- PHL-based candidates with corporate finance background preferred
