Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting systems
- Oversee internal controls and SOX compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Direct accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in SOX compliance and financial controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making track record
- Proven leadership managing accounting teams of 5+
