Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarterly close processes
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial reporting systems
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Drive process improvements and implement financial best practices
- Lead a team of 5+ finance professionals
- Present financial insights to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- CPA certification required (MBA strongly preferred)
- 10+ years progressive finance experience in corporate settings
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Proven track record of leading high-performing finance teams
- Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
