Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including month-end closing, reporting, and audits
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive organizational growth
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Lead a team of 5+ financial analysts and accountants
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial decision-making
- Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive financial management experience
- Proven leadership managing finance teams in corporate environments
- Expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
