Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Lead implementation of weekly payroll processing for 200+ employees
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting
- Mentor accounting team and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate accounting leadership experience
- Expertise in payroll processing systems (ADP/Workday)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Proven track record in process improvement
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
